Service Description

New clients are asked to book a 90-minute appointment. This allows for a 30-minute history gathering intake and then 60-minute energy session. Benefits to receiving energy work include eliciting and strengthening the relaxation response, relieving pain, reducing stress, restoring energy, strengthening the immune system, supporting the body's natural healing system, and promoting overall well-being. With energetic clearing and balancing, clients can often experience an increase in mental clarity and focus, a greater ease in communication and improvements in their ability to relate to others.
